How do I save usernames and passwords in ie 9. I followed instructions and it still does not work. I also noticed when I boot up, before the user icons show and on dark screen I get a box pop up with this message setting up User settings "RunDLL32IEDKcs32DLL.BrandIE"

I don't know if this is a virus or not. up User "RunDLL32IEDKcs32DLL.BrandIE"

I don't know if this is a virus or not.

Hi,

I suggest you to perform a reset on your internet settings to fix the issue with Internet Explorer 9 on your computer.

To fix the issue with the error code on your computer, I suggest you run a full system scan on your computer with any antivirus program. If you don’t have any antivirus program installed, you can download a trial version from the official websites of Norton, McAfee, Avast, Avira etc.

Just in case the issue still exists, I suggest you to perform a system restore. By performing a system restore, your data will not be lost.

Thanks and regards,

Skarbos Jay.

Hi,

Try to check if you completely did these steps in making sure that you allow IE9 to store username and passwords for some websites you frequently log on to. Click Tools from you Menu Bar or Alt-T as your shortcut. Then hover to Internet Options and click it. Once you have the Internet Options box, click the Advanced tab. Click the tick box next to “Use Inline Auto complete” or mark it. Now click the Content tab.

Click Auto Complete settings and make sure to place a checkmark on Forms as well as Usernames and Passwords and Forms. Click OK or Apply and restart IE. Make sure that your PCs antivirus is up-to-date. Run a full scan to make sure that no malware or adware is trying to look like IE’s registry as RunDLL32 IEDKCS32.

Hi,

If you want to activate save password feature please follow the below steps.

Open IE browser >> Tools > > Internet Options >> Advanced >> select Inline AutoComplete check box. Also click Content >> AutoComplete Settings >> select Forms and “User names and passwords on forms”.

After that update your virus guard and do a full scan.
