In Lotus Notes I need to identify which users does not have document id attachment, besides checking one by one through people and groups. Is there a way in doing this?

I think the concern in your query is that you have lost a notes id since in Lotus notes new documents have id attachment which was stored through the database/file of the person document. So to fix this problem, all you need to do is to do nothing on the existing records and instead create/register a new user using the same registered name. Then on the mail tab option, just select none.

It will give you a new id document without overwriting the mail file or creating another file. Next, just change the person document to point it to the right mail file. Please take note it is like duplicating the document id attachment since it has encryption keys, internet certificates and stuffs. It will affect Blackberry and the based mail delivery (third party) software. It could cause to loss of encrypted mail and local databases.

The last best option is that you should have the id vault configured. If not then get someone to access the id vault and extracts its id and change the password if not known.
