I have a problem converting a Visio chart. I am using Visio 2003 SP3. The Visio chart that I am trying to convert is linked to an active server. When I attempt to convert it, part of the address is not captured. If the link address is, for example, "…DispForm.aspx?ID=341”, the “ID=341" is not captured. However, if I copy that same address onto Word, it is copied in its entirety. No part of the address is dropped from the link.
I would really appreciate help on this.

You may want to check and make sure that you are using the right procedure to convert the visio chart. In case you have tried to copy and paste it the normal way and it is presenting a problem, then you will need to try using the following procedure:

Go to the source of the video chart and then copy it.

After that go to the destination and then go to the menu bar and choose edit.

You with then need to 'paste special' the visio chart.
Something else you might need to check that the fonts that the pasted item has. In may be bearing transparent fonts and therefore cannot be seen, you will need to just change those fonts to color fonts.
