Binkw32.dll error is caused by issues that the particular game you are playing or installing to play is having with the Bink Video codec created by RAD Game Tools, Inc.
Most of the time, it comes when the user uses a cracked version of the games. All the cracked version copies the game illegally which become the reason for this video format.
