What's a Blingee, can I use it to create moving pictures in a GIF? I was wondering what other artistic things there are like that out there? Also how big are the animated GIF files it creates?

I’d like to create moving pictures in a GIF, what’s a Blingee?

Hi Shaun, 

A Blingee is a personalized or customized picture with fancy graphics, glitters, and comments as well.  It is usually used for profile pictures on social media, in emails, or in the forum boards. It has an official website and you can register at http://blingee.com/ to create an account and join their community.

You don't have to pay anything so you can enjoy in creating moving pictures as you like. You must upload your images in JPEG, GIF, or PNG format and the maximum size is 3MB.

Aside from creating a  Blingee, you can also create Stamps​. A Stamp is an add-on for your Blingee or your personalized photos which is no different on a real-life stamp on letters except it has glitters, frames, banners, and graphics that you can choose to satisfy your creativity.
