I can’t find my HP media smart cam

Hello everyone, 

I have an HP laptop. Here I can't find media smart cam driver of my laptop. Can anyone tell me where I can find it?

Hey James, hello there.

Hey buddy, look you haven't mentioned your Laptop's model so giving you an exact link will be difficult. You can use a driver scanner application instead, there is an application called the Driver Pack Solution which is freeware you just need to download it. That's it has solutions for all your driver problems, else go to HP's official site and download your drivers.

I can’t find my HP media smart cam

If you are referring to the driver for your laptop’s built-in webcam, you should find it in the driver CD that comes with your laptop when you first bought it. If your laptop doesn’t come with a driver CD, you can always find the webcam driver and all other drivers for your laptop on the HP website.

To download the driver for your webcam, head down to the HP Software and Driver Downloads page and enter your laptop’s serial number or model number in the search field, for example, without quotes “G62-465DX”. You can find it at the back or bottom of the machine. Once you located your laptop, select your operating system on the next page and click “Change.”

On the download page, look for the webcam driver and download it. Otherwise, just download and install all the drivers for your laptop to update all the existing drivers.
