I downloaded a video but when I played it I can only hear it and I cannot see it. What wrong with this? Is there a problem with the video?Or my windows media player?

Nice to see this question here. This is common problem for windows media player. I think you got a pop message when you trying to play this file. Sometimes windows media player download related plugins as media player need. So please see the message and download the plugins and install it.

Another thing is, you did not mention about the file extension.

Hi,
It is a nice question. I think you have download a video that have a different format. Windows media player cannot read it correctly. So you should use different media player like kmplayer, gomplayer. You can download it from internet. This player able to play that video. I think this advice will help you.
