How to sync andriod lg phone with Mac

Hello All,

I want to sync android LG phone(LG Optimus Vu P895) with Mac for a week or so. I have tried it many times, searched net but I am unable to synch it with Mac. I have seen tons of Mac-LG Sync suggestions but none did the trick.

Please help me out as I don’t know much about Mac, if there is any application or tool or whatever I will buy it.
