Hi guys,

How to secure mail for outlook? I would like to secure my mails before sending it using Microsoft Outlook software application. We have to consider the privacy of our emails when attaching it and using another application to send it. I hope you can share with me some idea to keep my files safe and secure.

                          Well you've got a point here, though there are so many ways of securing your emails before sending it using Microsoft outlook software. First thing is you can download and install a security email Certificate with Outlook and then assigning it to your email account. Either way you can encrypt your email before sending it so that it needs a digital signature created by you before even opening it. For step by step process just follow the below given link-

Hi there user:

Here’s how you can secure your email by way of Microsoft Outlook.

Microsoft Outlook has a built-in feature to secure emails. You will do this one email message at a time. Upon creating your email message, click the Option tab (located at the top of your message screen) –>   More Options. And then click the Security button. Now you email message is secured.

Hello Kimberly Walker,

You can secure your emails before sending by using different types of software. For doing this you need to download security email Certificate with Outlook or other some encryption software. Before sending your mail just encrypt your mail by using encryption software I think it is more secure than others procedure.
