I want to be able to set up Outlook 2010 for a remote user. We have a MS Exchange 2003 Server. Can I do this using remote management software like TeamViewer? Is it true that a computer needs to be physically connected to our network so it could be set up?

There are two ways that you can configure your outlook. Second is through Exchange for that you have to physically/virtually connect to server.
