How to Remotely setting up Outlook 2010?

I want to be able to set up Outlook 2010 for a remote user. We have a MS Exchange 2003 Server. Can I do this using remote management software like TeamViewer? Is it true that a computer needs to be physically connected to our network so it could be set up?

How to Remotely setting up Outlook 2010?

Yes you can set up outlook 2010 by using remote management software like teamViewer.

There are two ways that you can configure your outlook. One is POP and how to configure see this link: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Add-an-email-account-to-Outlook-6e27792a-9267-4aa4-8bb6-c84ef146101b?ui=en-US&rs=en-001&ad=US. You can use this setting without physically connected to the server.

Second is through Exchange for that you have to physically/virtually connect to server.
