How to install video player in Red Hat Linux ES-5 ?

Hi,

I have installed Red Hat Linux ES- 5, but I cannot play video file from here, I have a video learning CD for Linux.

Can you please help me out?

Hi Eartha,

This is a very easy to install video player in to RHEL -5, you just need to find MPlayer package from internet,

If it is RPM package, You just type the command :

root@localhost:~# rpm –ivh <Your application name here>

Note: (<>) symbol should not be include here above
