There are many reasons that the application doesn't work. These are probable cause:

• The computer is not compatible with the installed application.
• Small amount of free space in your hard drive.
• Firewall blocks the application.
• A Malware/Virus is preventing the process of the application.

These Steps might help to solve the problem:

1. If purchased, check the version of the application if it is compatible with the requirements of your computer.

2. If it is downloaded, check to the internet if the application is compatible with your computer.

3. Check your computer for possible reformat/defrag. (Some application doesn’t work properly due to slow processing of your computer)

4. Go to Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Exceptions

5. Locate the directory/location of the application.

6. Select the application then click ok.

7. Exit windows firewall.

8. If the application still not working, scan your whole computer for possible virus/malware infections.
