How to fix generic firmware upgrade LG Smartphone?

I recently purchased LG smartphone and upgraded firmware to latest version yesterday, since then my smartphone is not functioning well. Whenever I try to call, I can’t do so. Anyone tell me how to fix generic firmware upgrade LG smartphone? Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Hi, 

This should be easy to fix, since there is a LG support site which contains all the data and updates you need to make your Smartphone work. Check out this page, http://www.lg.com/ca_en/mobile

Make sure you select the Smartphone model and stuff like that. Hope this helps.

How to fix generic firmware upgrade LG Smartphone?

This type of problem is typically happens when you are using a program that is incompatible in your bit system. Make sure that you follow all the instructions for the firmware update and make sure that you have a backup copy of the data that you are updating. Once the drive was recognized ran the firmware update tool and followed the prompts and rebooted.
