How To Find Cisco Router IP Address To Assign Static IP Address.

TO FIND THE LOCAL IP ADDRESS OF CISCO ROUTER:

1) Connect the computer and router through any of the Ethernet ports.

• Open start menu.

• Open Run.

• In the open field, enter cmd.

• In the MS-DOS prompt, write ipconfig/all.

• Search for default gateway as it shows the local IP address. WINDOWS 98

• Open start menu.

• Search for run dialog box.

• Type winIPcfg and enter.

Default gateway shows your local IP address.
