How effective and extensible is Kostenloses Webdesign templates?

Hallo Guys!

I would like to create a great website with several features like content management system, email system, commenting, forums and blog. While these do not present much of a challenge, I do not feel very comfortable with the design work for the website. I am contemplating utilizing Kostenloses webdesign but I do not know much about it. How effective is this approach and how extensible is it?

Create a website using free web design template is not a bad idea. It will save your time and help to get a ready made quality based design. There are so many sites from where you can get a free web design template. You don’t need to bother about the HTML code or CSS style, it's easy to edit and no need to have other software to use this template. It's also changeable but you must know that your webpage won’t be unique because so many people can use this same template. Hope this could be a help.
