Please go to the lower link and download the Hiren Boot CD first.

Download Boot CD.

After the download, burn it on a cd and boot your computer with cd-rom support.

On very first screen of booting you will see a menu.

1. Partition Tools

2. MBR Tools

3. Hard Disk Tools

4. Recovery Tools.

And many more. You have to choose 4 recovery options. Then it will open recovery utilities list.

Choose anyone from the list. It will start the recovering the data from that partition, which you will select.
