How to download the best enc PHP encoder? I want it free from the internet if possible. I tried to research from the internet but some are not compatible with my windows 7 starter operating system. I hope you can share with me the one that is compatible with my present operating system, thank you.

There are not much free software available free for use mean open source. I found some which can do the task required. Here is the download link of some if the software:
1. PHP encoder 5
This software will encrypt your source code using PHP cipher's online encode.
2. PHTML encoder 4
This software allows encoding of PHP scripts. This software works on all system which have PHP enabled.
