I’m new to computers as well as internet and was wondering if someone know how to configure Google Apps SMTP server scanner. Please give me detailed instructions. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Do the following steps and your problem will be solved-
To configure Google Apps SMTP server scanner, enter these settings in your Ricoh MFP:
SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com
Port: 465
SMTP Authentication: Set to <On>
SMTP Authentication Email Address: <Your full Google Apps email address>
Username: <Your full Google Apps email address>
Password: <Your Google Apps password>
Use SSL: On
This will configure your server automatically.
