Numerous tmp reader programs are seen available over the internet. I have tried only a few. They often seek a license to complete the exact action what I want. Is there any way to overcome this without purchasing a license?
You can always open Temp files when using a Notepad, or depending on the file type because oftentimes temp files is not readable. To open a .tmp file just right-click the file that you want to open.
Select Open and then select Notepad on the program list. Click OK. You cannot delete a specific Temporary files if you force quit your Windows.

Temporary files are not always stored as text files because sometimes they are in binary format. You are lucky if the temp file is a text file because you can open it using Notepad. But if the temp file is in binary then there is no way you can open it because the content is in binary format and you will only get symbols if you use an incompatible program.
