How can I save MSI files from installshield editor?

Hi expert,

We, all know the sentence – necessity is the mother of invention. I need some information about saving MSI files from installshield editor. How can I do it? Please, tell me in detail and step by step as I can learn it and use do it easily.

How can I save MSI files from installshield editor?

Hi Winnie,

You can save MSI files from Install shield Editor. You have to extract MSI files using Archive utility who is capable of extracting executable file. Please follow the below instructions :

1. Download and Install 7-ZIP.

2. Open 7-ZIP file manager.

3. Browse the file you want to extract and proceed with extraction.

4. Proceed with Extract To from menu to set where you want to extract the MSI files.

5. Smile, you are done. 🙂

How can I save MSI files from installshield editor?

Hi

Good day!!

MSI files from Install -ZIP shield Editor, so we are going to make sure this is not the case before we delve into the msi file if the installer is only an msi file or rather, if there is no .exe installer within the package, in the lower left, hit the Setup tab and wizard to create these XML file. Download from net and enjoy!
