Hi,

I need your help. I want to get network discovery settings for outlook.

How can I get it?

Please, show me the setting as I can do it easily.

How can I get network discovery settings for outlook?

Dear Rae sax,

Please follow below steps.

First you have to Add the computers to the same workgroup

To add a computer to a workgroup, click Start, Control Panel, System, go to the Computer Name tab and click the Change button. you can do it as seen in picture. 
 

In order to turn on Network Discovery and File Sharing, click Start, Control Panel, Network and Internet, Network and Sharing Center, change Advanced Sharing Settings, and use the expand buttons to view and toggle on the Network discovery as well as File and printer sharing options. If your operating system is windows xp,

In order to unblock File and Printer Sharing in Windows XP firewall, go to Control Panel, Windows Firewall, and in the Exceptions tab select the File and Printer Sharing as shown below.
