I want to convert bitmap images sent by the client to clean vectors for getting them printed on a very large scale to fit a banner board. The client provides us files to convert bitmap images to clean vector art.

How Can I Convert Bitmap Images To Clean Vector Art?

To convert bitmap to vector is possible. But it needs to be very clean which is not pretty possible to have it so clean. It would have several damages to the quality because the bitmap image can have fountains of colors. Hence you cannot assure them that the quality of the image will be maintained throughout the time scale. There are many providers that can have the various tools.
