Help me finding ralink rt73 lan card driver

Hi guys,
I am in need of the driver of Ralink RT73 Wireless Driver 1.3.0.0 for XP64/2003. I have tried many sources by searching internet but all the time I finished with no result. I could not use my lan. So I came here with a hope of perfect solution. Please give me reliable source where I can find ralink rt73 lan card driver.

I also tried searching for your query but I couldn't find any driver for Ralink RT73 for Windows XP 64-Bit. Are you using a laptop? Maybe you can let us know the model name and number of your laptop or your desktop PC so we can go directly to the manufacturer page. They usually have a driver page where all the available drivers for your machine is downloadable. Else, you can just go directly to the Media Tek official page (Ralink has been merged with Media Tek recently) and search for Ralink RT73.
