I have received an error code while going through an e-Commerce website. The error was Failed to validate certificate. What does it mean? How to Troubleshoot the error easily?
It is first recommended to tell that if you are receiving this error code only on the e-Commerce websites or any other sites also.
However, there is not to worry, as you can try rebooting your computer and after then clear all the third-party extensions that might be producing the error. Start the clean boot to resolve Failed to Validate Certificate. Even if you are not getting any proper results from the above way, you can go to the Java control panel in Java setting.
You will get to see Enable online certificate validation option box in the General Security tab. You have to unchecked that option and check the other box mentioning Enable trusted publishers. You will see that you won’t be getting the error code again.
