Got an error while installing CA Internet Security Suite Plus 2010

Hi,

I just downloaded a trial version of CA Internet Security Suite Plus 2010 then tried to install it.  But I got this error message while installing it. 

CA Internet Security 2010 Installer. 

Error, TokenID not found

 

I tried re-installing but I still got the same error.  I didn’t know anything about the token id and where to find it. 

Any advice on what to do next?

Got an error while installing CA Internet Security Suite Plus 2010

This error is usually occurs while installing the trial version of CA Internet Security Suite Plus 2010. This error usually occurs when the downloader file in the setup is corrupted. There are too much errors or viruses that may corrupt the file. Or you did not download it from the right website. To fix this error it is a simple method just go to your Desktop and deletes the existing file CAInstall2010 and then do to your Internet Service Provider homepage and downloads the file for CA Internet Security Suite and restart the installation. And you will see that this error will not show next time.
