Give me the instruction how to install BMC remedy sp1

I already heard some error after installing BMC Remedy ITSM Suite 7.6.4 but yours is latest and new, I think your computer has not perfect configuration for BMC Remedy ITSM Suite 7.6.4 or in the other hand your software perhaps has missed/damaged some files, Please check your computer system configure.

And some tips:

1. install Service Pack 1 for version 7.6.04 of the BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite.

2. BMC Software alerts customer to a vital problem with the documentation that describes how upgrading to version 7.6.04 Service Pack 001 of BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite.

Those two suggestion collected from BMC technical bulletin.
