I have an HP Windows 7 enabled laptop. The system architecture is 64-bit. I was trying to load a file on my computer when I got an Error 1335 the cabinet file was corrupted on my device. Please help.

You might have a problem with the CD-ROM installation disc. Also, try to change the memory settings during the file transfer. Please try any one of the steps given below to solve your problem.

1. Change the memory settings of your computer. You can to this by typing the command ‘msconfig’ on the Run menu.

2. Change the system configurations of your computer using the BOOT.INI tab.

3. Reboot your computer.
