Get this error message when download and install updates on iPhone

Hi,

I get this following error message when I download and install updates on my iPhone.

The error says “The iPhone “iPhone” could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (3004).

How can I upgrade my iPhone without having any issue?

I extremely need your assistance.

Please provide a solution. Thanks.

Get this error message when download and install updates on iPhone

Hi Edith,
The error occurs when you downloading iTunes on your system.
There can be following ways to resolve this error:
Solution 1:
1) Click ‘Start’, Choose ‘Run’
2) In the dialog, type ‘cmd’ and Click ‘OK’
3) In cmd prompt, type ‘ipconfig/flushdns’, press enter
Solution 2:
1) Log into the system as ‘System Administrator’
2) In the apple menu, choose ‘Software Update’
3) Install all the ‘Software Update’ available on the web
4) Remove all the unnecessary USB devices, leaving only the Iphone USB cable connected
5) Restart your computer
