Game maker studio is not opening

Hi,

I got a new game from Game maker studio in the email. Then I try to unzip it in a folder. From the folder when I try to open Game Maker I ended up with an error message. I don’t understand the issue? Please help me to resolve this error and to find solutions. Thanks a lot.

Game maker studio is not opening

First of all ensure that you have admin privileges in your system to unzip a file. The issue primarily has occurred of the fact that either unzip didn’t happened properly or the zip source contains error. The best way to unzip the file is copy the zip file from mail in to your drive and then run un-zip utility (If the file extension is .zip then it is ordinary zip file and winzip can be used else for .7z ensure that you have sevenzip utility installed). Now according run the appropriate unzip utility.
