Freeware software for redesigning Joomla site and best Joomla chat solution

I am planning to redesign my Joomla site. I would like to put video, voice, or text chat at my home page. I am willing to invest a little to make sure the new interface will attract visitors. But are there any freeware for my requirements and what are the best Joomla chat solution (free and license)?

You are about to redesign you site. You mentioned that your site is designed in Joomla. You can change thing easily in Joomla. You are trying to insert chat, video, flash etc. in your site. Here, you wanted help for those things. I am here to give you assistance for that very matter. You can use Joomla extensions to insert chat options.

You can add a live chat room by Joomla Chat Extension2.0 and whenever the module is successfully installed a free hosted chat will be assigned to your Joomla .
