I was trying to logon on my PC, but I am getting this discovery error 0x800706e1. I am unable to see my event logs. Please help.

Fixes For 0x800706e1 Discovery Error

Retrying after sometime would be the best solution as this is common and mostly happens because of some problem in syncing. Of it is urgent you can follow the steps below:-

1. Open cmd and run as administrator.
2. Type this command- C:\WINDOWS\system32>w32tm /resync

This will resync it and the event logs would appear.
