Hello,
While installing LYNC 2012 skin there is an error occurred. It is unable to complete installation. Please tell me why was it happening? I am using Windows 7 operating system, dual core.

Hello Joanna,
That may be an error due to compatibility issues, or the setup application you are using for the installation could be corrupt. To resolve the issue:

Go to your computer system Properties and check if it a 32 bit or 64 bit.

After that you can download the right version of Lync setup and then retry the installation.

If the setup you are using is corrupt you will also need to download another good one.
