Error when uninstalling SugarSync for Outlook
Hi there Nancy M Fusco
This is a simple problem causing because of missing DLL files. So in order to prevent this error what you need to do is
Step 1 – Close all the Microsoft office programs
Step 2 – Run the outlook until u get the error
Step 3 – Close outlook
Step 4 – Locate this path
C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedOFFICE12
Step 5 – Find the file mso.dll
Step 6 – after finding cut and paste the file in desktop
If it does not let you to cut and paste means you have still not closed all your office programs (try restarting)
Step 7 – Launch outlook
Step 8 – wait for a minute until the MSI installer finished and it will automatically run outlook
Hope this works for you

Hi,
I am assuming that you have used Visual Studio 2010. Generally the MSM created by Visual Studio only likes to merge with MSI’s that also are building with Visual Studio. So if you merge a VS MSM with a decent MSI tools like Wise project.
A cure is to remove all the 3rd party dll that are included with your dll. This is specific to 32 bits OS.
For 64 or 32 bits create MSI for VS with VSCompatibility.msm merged to the MSI. Use VS Compatibility msm at your own risk.
Hope this helps!
Thanks.
