Error when launching Venus 1500

Hi,

When I launch the Venus 1500 V 4 I am getting an error message stating Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).

Has anyone experiences such before?

Error: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application

Error when launching Venus 1500

This error appears in Windows when you try to use an application that requires the .NET Framework to run but you do not have it installed on your computer. The error should be solved if you download the .NET Framework. It is avaliable on the Microsoft homepage (www.microsoft.com) under Downloads.

Most Vista and 7 versions of Windows come with .NET Framework 3.5 installed by default but many XP systems do not have it. There is also .NET Framework 4.0 which will not run applications that require version 3.5. The proper version for Venus1500 should be .NET Framework 3.5.
