Error shown while working on RCX Pro software

Hi,

I'm currently working on RCX Pro software. I'm targeting to export Quicktime Wrappers for Epic 5K footage. I'm getting the following error.

redexport Apr 13 2012 08:57:17 Mac 32bit Public Release
redexport: init msg received.
redexport: bad initialization values

Can anyone please guide on this? How to resolve this error?

Error shown while working on RCX Pro software

 

You must ensure that the latest RED FCS3 plugins are installed from red.com/downloads. You can then try to direct the export to your desktop or other locations that you think is safe to use.  Creating a fresh export preset would also help so you can be sure that there are no incorrect settings.

Error shown while working on RCX Pro software

You can fix this problem if you will perform some important actions then you can demolish your issue completely. Follow the some important steps.

1. You should install REDCINE-X Professional to resolve this issue.
2. If you have already REDCINE-X Professional then you should use the "Check for Updates" inside the REDCINE-X Professional.
3. After perform these steps you will resolve this issue.
