Error running NSU while trying to update phone software

Hi.
I got a problem while trying to update my phone software.

The NSU doesn’t run properly and the error message received looks like as follows.

I am using the latest version of Nokia PC suite:

• Status: Open
• Question Views: 952
• Answer Count: 1
• Vote Up 0 Vote Down

• Answer Accepted: No

Error running NSU while trying to update phone software

Hi

 

The problem you are telling is that when you update your phone software then your software is not working properly. It looks like the software you are using is not compatible with your windows. Or your mobile is not compatible with your computer software. 

One solution is firstly re-installing this software again. Then check if this problem solved or not.

2nd option is change your Nokia pc suite version and then install the changing version. Because some problem might be is with the latest version. So you should need to change this and install the previous version.
