Error occurred while installing a new theme on WordPress site

Hello,

Following popups are showing after I installed a theme.

Unpacking the package.

Installing the theme.

Theme installed successfully.

I browsed to the Manage, Themes page and there it shows this thing for me.

Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

Name Description
WP Theme Stylesheet is missing.

I have installed an old version of C3 1.0.3 by ThemeFuse and trying to install version 1.0.16. Here is the way I installed it;

Opened C3 developer, zipped WP theme, went to WP admin and to Install Themes place and uploaded the zip file.

Is there any fault in that process?

I installed my other working themes according to that process.

Please give a solution to fix it.
