Error message while installing Command view EVA v9.4.

I get an error message while installing Command view EVA v9.4.

It pops up a box and shows an error like below image –

Suite Installer

The current user does not have administrator privileges. Only a user with administrator privileges can run the Installation.

How do I evade this error message? Your help will be highly appreciated.

Hello there Gregory. 

Have to log in as an administrator?

Be sure to check this. If you have multiple user account then make sure the account on which you are logged in has administrative rights. If still you face the same problem then check if you got a non-English windows installation make sure you have a local group called Administrators.  

Put the user that you are using at the time of installing command viewer. The problem exists because the command viewer is searching for a user group called administrators. So if the group does not exist, then it will show the error. So by putting the user in that group will solve your problem.
