Error message Object doesn’t support this property or method

When selecting a drawing in the web-based SolidWorks Workgroup PDM Viewer (2012), I receive the attached error on some machines. I’ve tried the clean uninstall and reinstall of the eDrawings but can’t seem to work. Can anyone help me please to fix this ?

Error message Object doesn’t support this property or method

This error appears when security settings prohibit the web-based program to interact properly with your computer. To fix this problem, do the following steps:

1. Start Internet Explorer, click "Tools" and then "Internet Options"

In newer versions of Internet Explorer, this option may be in a different place, but it is always called the same

2. Click the "Security" tab, click "Trusted Sites" then click "Sites" button.

3. Type the URL of your PDMWorks Workgroup Viewer in the box and click "Add"

4. Close the "Trusted sites" dialogue and click "OK" in the Internet Options dialogue.

This setting is local, which means that the same process must be redone for each machine that shows the error indicated above.
