Error Logging Into Blackberry App World Error ID: 30601

I am using BlackBerry Torch 9860 and I am also struggling with the same problem since last week. But just 2 days ago, I already resolved the issue by performing a hard reset on my BB. But before performing this, I also tried some possible solutions which include the following:

1. Check if the username and password are typed correctly. If you think that you have been typing the username correctly, try to reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password link below the log in area. Then follow the on screen instructions to reset your password. And then, try logging in again.

2. Check for the updates. I was prompted to update my BB but since I don't have my USB and CD with me, I lost the chance to install updates.

3. If none works, try resetting your BB by wiping all the contents. You should check on the manual on how to properly perform a hard reset to avoid any additional problem with your BB.

I am currently using my BB 9860 without problems and I can finally download and access again my App World. I hope you can be able to solve your issues too.
