Error on Gixen software for placing eBay bids

Hi all,

I just started using Gixen to place bids on eBay. I followed the process to create a snipe. When I tried logging in the API showed an error that I couldn’t log in. so I quit and stated again and found another error which am seeking help for as shown below. I am in America.

Error message:

Could not get item list, API returned: ERROR (101): COULD NOT LOG IN

Error on Gixen software for placing eBay bids

Hello Darla,

You might have this problem due to internet connection. If the connection is disconnected, login process will be failed. So, be sure that the internet connection is OK. Also make sure that firewall is not blocking its connection.

Also, be sure that you have typed the right username and password. If they don’t match, this problem will appear.

Get the latest one from here. Before that uninstall the old one completely from your PC and delete your browser cache pressing “Ctrl + Shift + Del”.
