Error – Error creating installation directory

Hi Experts,

I tried to download Perfect World International (PWI). It failed to download throwing an error message. Have a look at the error message below. It is indicating problem with the installation directory. I have no previous knowledge about the program. I do not use any special download tools for the same. Have you any idea for the issue?

Please help.

Error – Error creating installation directory

Hello Jhon,

First thing you should make sure that you are the administrator of the computer. If you are not the administrator of the computer I think you should as the administrator to try installing it for you. But if you are the administrator then i will suggest you change the location that you are installing (PWI).

Error – Error creating installation directory

Hi Jhon Anderson, 

First thing first you must be not log in as guest /second account user in your computer, because the said account doesn’t have authority to install some programs and so the game itself. Please log in as administrator and repeat the installation process. Or you are creating directory to a storage which is locked up or maybe in a compact disk.

Make sure that your directory is right.
