Error code 1603 Windows Installer cannot create logs

Hi there,

During the install of Exchange server I had this error and I followed the link below and no solution. I tried to reinstall and is not working. Does anyone have a solution for this error ? How can I solve this ?

Error code 1603 Windows Installer cannot create logs

For beginners, it may not help but for advanced users, it will give additional information on the reason why Microsoft Exchange Server failed to install. If Update Rollup 4 was installed using the update interface of Microsoft Exchange Server or Windows Update, try installing the update manually without using the update interface.

Since the installation for the update already failed, restart your computer and then download the update from Update Rollup 4 for Exchange Server 2010. This Update Rollup 4 requires Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2, Windows Vista, or Windows 7. If Microsoft Exchange Server was previously installed with Interim Updates or minor updates, you need to uninstall them before Update Rollup 4 is installed.
