What are the detailed and basic steps to cogitate when replacing or changing the toner cartridge of a photocopier machine safely? The detailed process to follow to service a photocopier

First, you must run a test print. Second, check for the message that will be displayed. Third, see the print result and evaluate the print result. Fourth, if found that the print result has indications of drained toner or cartridges. Fifth, replace the toner if there are clear indications that the toner should be replaced. Sixth, refill cartridges up to 3 times to avoid deteriorated toner or cartridge shell.
