Deluxe HTML Menu 4.1 crashes on iPhone

Hello there.  I just installed Deluxe HTML Menu 4.1 with iPhone support for floating navigation on my website.  It works perfectly fine on my desktop but crashes on my iPhone.  I have the iPhone 3GS with iOS 3.2.  Do I have to update my iOS for this to work?

Deluxe HTML Menu 4.1 crashes on iPhone

Hello Edward,

Your recent experience with the html deluxe crashing on your iphone 3GS only mean it is not compatible to your phone's ios since the application is compatible to most mobile platforms even for iphones. Basic trouble shooting would be to compare the OS of your computer and your phone. Upgrading your IOS version could also help to prevent the application from crashing to your phone.
