Dell DataSafe Local Backup – Basic Edition

Hi,

I received an error message while installing Dell DataSafe Local Backup. The program is very helpful for me.

However, I failed to reinstall it getting an error message. The screenshot of the error message is as under.

I have no idea for the error message. Please help.

The System Recovery Disc creation failed or has been canceled. Next time you will create your System Recovery Disc, it will resume from this point.

Dell DataSafe Local Backup – Basic Edition

Hi,

I will help you to install Dell Data Backup software. It is pre-installed on every Dell laptops. So I think Dell does not manufacture your laptop. This could be a reason for your problem. And if your laptop is a Dell then download the correct version from Internet and try again.

Dell DataSafe Local Backup – Basic Edition

Hi

It is saying that The System Recovery Disc creation failed. So this is a problem either in you disc space or in your system. You may remove all related files from your pc and try reinstall or may get the windows system recovered and then try installation again.
