Copy Music directly to Apple Base Station

Hallo Jacqueline Nelson,

If your iTunes is having problems loading the files to your apple base station, then I will advise that you try copying the music files directly and see if that works for you.

You will need to have the driver for your apple base station, which will enable you to view the files that you enter. The driver should be downloadable for free from the internet, so just Google for it. Once you have it installed, you will go to 'My Computer' and then you will open the apple base station, and thereafter you locate the address named /iPod control. Open that address and then you will have to unhide all the files. Once done that you then go to music and then you will drag a song to that location and then rename it with a four letters word.

Try that and see if it helps.
