Geeks, I have installed the VPN remote access on my PC, but I am unable to configure it. Can anyone guide me on how to configuration of VPN Remote Access on Server 2012?
Hi! I am using the windows server 2012 since year’s, and I’ll help you out with the Configuration of VPN Remote Access on Server 2012.
Once the installation gets completed, go to Configuration part-
Step(i) Open the getting start wizard from the yellow mark(!) on your dashboard.
Step(ii) Select Deploy VPN only from the next window.
Step(iii) Right-click your server name and select”Configure and Enable Routing and Remote Access.
Step(iv) Select Custom configuration.
Step(v) Select VPN access.
Step(vi) You may get this error if ports mentioned above are not whitelisted, so make sure incoming VPN traffic is allowed.
Step(vii) If you already had whitelisted the ports mentioned, above than ignore the warning message and proceed to start the services.
Step(viii) Once the services gets started, you are all set. Now go to user properties in your Local AD and allow the users with VPN connection.
