Cannot extract the files with from an archive

Hello,

I archived a file and when I tried to open the archive this error appeared. I process of archiving went just fine without any error. Can anyone tell me what is happening? Why now I cannot access the archive that I just created ?

Cannot extract the files with from an archive

I guess you double-clicked on the ZIP file using Windows Explorer. This happens if the archive format you used to compress your files is not properly associated with your file archiver. Before you can extract or unpack the contents of the ZIP file, you need to have 7-Zip, WinZip, WinRAR, or any file extractor. If you want to use 7-Zip, download the latest stable version, 7-Zip 9.20.

For WinZip, download the latest version, WinZip 18.5. You can also download it from FileHippo, WinZip 18.5.11111. For WinRAR, download the latest version from WinRAR 5.11 Beta 1. After installing a file archiver, right-click on the ZIP file then select “Extract files”. See image.
