I don't know if my Mac computer can support it but it is currently running on OS X v10.8 Mountain Lion and I'm planning to upgrade it to OS X Mavericks. Is this possible? Where can I get the OS X Mavericks? Can I get it from the App store? Thanks

If your Mac can run OS X v10.8 Mountain Lion, it can run OS X 10.9 Mavericks and OS X Yosemite as well. You can get both Mavericks and Yosemite from the Mac App Store. The upgrade is free, you just need your Apple ID. The upgrades can be found in Updates or Apps made by Apple categories.
